Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy 

We do not accept returns or order cancellations on any items. We provide store credit only on eligible items. 

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.

Store credit will be calculated for items purchased and does not include amount paid for shipping and handling. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All eligible items must be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery. Returns made outside of this window may be denied. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for your return.

Once an order is placed, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving your items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged items must be reported within three days of receiving the item. Please send photos of damages via email (basicsclothingboutique@gmail.com) for review. 

Color variations in merchandise caused by monitor settings, lighting, and photography do not qualify as damage. 

 

Shipping

Basics Boutique ships orders Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing for in-stock items before your order is shipped. Orders placed on Friday evening, over the weekend, or during select holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Return Shipping

Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
